Patient Policies

To ensure all patients receive timely, high-quality obstetrical and gynecological care, we kindly request you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary registration or updated paperwork. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify our office at least twenty-four hours in advance. This advance notice is essential as it allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another patient in need of care. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a non-refundable cancellation fee being applied to your account.

Payment and Financial Responsibility

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Debit card, and personal Check. Copayments, deductibles, and any outstanding balances are due at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file claims with your insurance provider on your behalf. However, please remember that the ultimate financial responsibility for all services rendered rests with the patient. For any questions regarding billing, insurance coverage, or specific service costs, please contact our billing department before your visit.

Severe Weather and Office Closures

The safety of our patients and staff is our absolute top priority during periods of inclement or severe weather. In the event of heavy snow, ice, or other dangerous conditions, our office may close or operate on a modified schedule. For the most current and authoritative information regarding weather cancellations or delays, please call our main office phone line before traveling or check local news advisories. If we determine that we must close the office, we will proactively contact you to reschedule your appointment as quickly and conveniently as possible.
